HOA Rules and Regulations

The Mahogany Homeowners Association (HOA) facilities are for the exclusive use of Mahogany residents and their guests. It is the intent of the HOA to maximize the safe enjoyment of these facilities by all Members. The following rules and regulations have been established, and the HOA reserves the right to change and add to these rules and regulations without notice when necessary. These rules apply to Members, their families and their guests. A full listing of the HOA Rules and Regulations can be found in the Members Only Section.

Mahogany Homeowners Association Member Acknowledgement Agreement

This agreement is signed by each homeowner member at the time they close their purchase with the solicitor. A copy is provided to the purchaser for their files and the second copy is returned to the Mahogany HOA Property Manager for the HOA files. A copy of the Mahogany Homeowners Association Member Acknowledgement Agreement can be found in the Members Only Section.

Member Information Forms

Homeowner Member or Family Member – Please download the member information forms from the Members Only Section when you wish to update the Mahogany Homeowners Association with current contact information for phone, e-mail, additional resident family member information, etc., and return the form to the Mahogany Information Centre located at 6 Mahogany Terrace SE Monday to Thursday from 2 PM to 8 PM. Your member information will be updated within 48 business hours.

Tenant Member

If you currently have a tenant and wish to assign your member access card rights to the tenant, please download the Tenant Access Permission Form from the Members Only Section and return the form to the Mahogany Information Centre located at 6 Mahogany Terrace SE Monday to Thursday from 2 PM to 8 PM. Your tenant information will be updated within 48 business hours.

Additional Guest Request Forms

If you require consent from the Property Manager to bring additional guests into the West Beach Site in addition to the numbers permitted in the Rules and Regulations, please download the additional Guest Request form from the Members Only Section and return to the Property Manager one week prior to your event. Permission is required in writing prior to the event for additional guest requests and is at the discretion of the Property Manager.
