Should you wish to book an event such as a family gathering, birthday party, wedding or other private celebrations at the West Beach Site, a select area could be assigned for such requests. However, exclusive use of the West Beach Site is not permitted. Please contact your property manager at 403.453.1221 or info@mahoganyhoa.com for more information.

Winter Celebration

March 3rd, 2012

1 to 4 pm at the West Beach

Your volunteer Social Committee is busy planning the next exciting community event.  Mark your calendars and come join in all the activities being planned for the entire family to celebrate Winter at the Lake. 

Activities will include fun for all ages:

  • Milk Jug Curling
  • Snowshoeing
  • Snowman Building Contest
  • Giant Jenga
  • Giant Tic-Tac-Toe
  • Bean Bag Toss
  • Snow Painting
  • Shinny Hockey
  • Leisure Skate

Some events will be weather dependant but there will be lots to do regardless of what Mother Nature delivers.  Don’t miss out!

Food will be available at the West Beach for purchase for this event so come prepared.  Alley Burger Food Truck will be hanging out in the parking lot during this event so come on down and enjoy some delicious food!

We want to thank our generous sponsors for this event –  Kim and Doug Hayden, Starbucks and Hopewell.

Please remember to bring your non perishable food items to donate to the Calgary Interfaith Food Bank.  The donation box will be located beside the West Beach office door.  Our HOA goal is one pound of food per family per year.  It does not take a lot to make that happen if you can contribute a small amount at each event.  Mahogany can help to make a difference!
